100 Hour YOGA Intensive Training Course (100 Hour Yoga TTC)

This is a specific training which is suitable for all who are interested in exploring or deepening the understanding of the fundamental practices of Hatha & Vinyasa  Flow Yoga and Ayurveda.

It offers an introduction in the fields of Yoga Asana,  Pranayama, Kriya, Philosophy, Meditation and Ayurveda, who are all taught  by experienced and well known enthusiastic teachers.

It takes place in our amazing Yoga Retreat center by the banks of Ma Ganga river, in the outskirts of Rishikesh, in a very quiet and peaceful surrounding.

Please note: The 100 hrs YTC is certified by Pratham Yoga LLP, it is not a part of Yoga alliance certification. People who are motivated to study deeper, can join us for 2 times 100 hours YTC and get a 200 hrs YTTC RYS (YOGA Alliance) certificate after successfully completing the course with us.

Our 100 hours Teacher Training Course is suitable for:

  • Beginners who are curious to discover more about the meaning of Yoga, Asana, Ayurveda, Pranayama, Philosophy, Kriya, and Meditation
  • People who want to start developing a regular self practice
  • People who already practiced Yoga before it can be a great way to deepen their practice and learn more about proper adjustments and alignments
  • People who want to learn how to integrate Yoga in their daily life routine
  • People who want to learn about the basics about Ayurveda and Yogic nutrition
  • People who would like a preview of our 100 hours YTTC
  • Who want to do a 200 hours course, but don’t have enough time to join the full course in one time.

Syllabus: 100 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course in Rishikesh

1. Asana: Hatha & Vinyasa Flow Yoga Asana

Students will gain extensive knowledge on yoga postures and will increase their strength, flexibility and discipline

Hatha Yoga

Surya Namaskar (Sun salutation) and Chandra Namaskar (Moon salutation)

Alignment, Assist and Adjustment for the following Asanas

  • 3.Pawanmuktasana serie 3
  • 4.Surya Namaskar ( sun salutation)
  • 5. Chandra Namaskar (Moon salutation)

  • 7. Triyak tadasana (swaying palm tree pose)
  • 8. Trikonasana (triangle pose)
  • 9. Parivirtatrikon asana – revolving triangle pose
  • 10. Uttkatasana –chair pose
  • 11. Virbhdrasana 1 -warrior 1
  • 12. Virbhdrasana 2 -warrior 2

2. Pranayama (Breathing Practices)

Pranayama is an ancient yogic breathing technique that is used as preparation for meditation and is a vital aspect of practicing yoga. It improves the respiratory system and purifies the body and mind.
