This is a specific training which is suitable for all who are interested in exploring or deepening the understanding of the fundamental practices of Hatha & Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Ayurveda.
It offers an introduction in the fields of Yoga Asana, Pranayama, Kriya, Philosophy, Meditation and Ayurveda, who are all taught by experienced and well known enthusiastic teachers.
It takes place in our amazing Yoga Retreat center by the banks of Ma Ganga river, in the outskirts of Rishikesh, in a very quiet and peaceful surrounding.

Coverage: Understanding of creation of a harmonious flow of Asanas combined with breath movement
Pranayama is an ancient yogic breathing technique that is used as preparation for meditation and is a vital aspect of practicing yoga. It improves the respiratory system and purifies the body and mind.
