Reviews from students who joined 200 Hour TTC in Rishikesh
“I wanted to find back to my old balance, getting my inner and outer strength back, getting even stronger… And now, one month after finishing the TTC I have to say – thanks to Pratham Yoga – I achieved my goals and I am still high on life and so happy and thankful for this wonderful life experience. Within this month, I deepened my Yoga practice and knowledge more than I ever expected. One big point to emphasize at the beginning is the size of the group. We were just 8 persons, what allows the teachers to respond to each student in a very individual way. We were a wonderful group – a family, like Vijay and Carolin pointed out at the beginning of the TTC. Each of us was so special and everyone made their own experience and developement within this time – and each of this unique path had place to grow and was accepted and appreciated. We built very strong and deep connections with each other, supporting and helping to grow. The Yogashala where we spent this whole month together is situated in the quiet outskirts of Rishikesh, next to the Ganga. It was amazing, to see and feel the Ganga at the morning walk, when the sun raises and the spirits awakens. This place felt like home from the first moment when I arrived. Vijay and his amazing family make this place to a wonderful, magic spot full of love, life and positive energy. The Yoga classes with Vijay Ji and the other teachers were structured in a very good way to deepen the practice of Asanas, Pranayama and Mantra Chanting within this four weeks step by step. Also the adjustment classes were really helpful and explained in a clear and logical way. Vijay is a very authentic teacher, you can feel his enthusiasm and passion regarding Yoga and he loves to share his awesome knowledge, you could listen for hours to his stories… The Philosophy class with Ekin Ji was very unique, amazing to get to know the Yogasutras and dive into the Yoga Philosophy. He is very open minded, also for other philosophy issues and he really enjoyed to spend time with our group, so he also joined us for the Holi festival, what we really appreciated. Also all other classes – Anatomy, Ayurveda, Nutrition, Pregnancy Yoga, etc. helped me to get the holistic meaning of Yoga and were very interesting and full of knowledge. The Meditations with the different instructors were very powerful – intense and deep, always a totally unique experience for each of us. The trips we made on the weekends were always special experiences. We saw the sunrise on the mountains of Rishikesh, took a bath at the waterfalls, visited the city, temples, fire ceremonies and so much more. They were always fun, full of life and gave me a lot of energy. Last but not least I want to mention the delicious sattvic food we got every day. You can feel how your body and mind changes with tasty, healthy food, full of Prana (=life force energy).”
Thank you so much for everything. Namaste!
