SAFETY STANDARTS at Pratham YOGA school:

Pratham Yoga school follows a high standard of safety guidelines for students and teachers. Our selection of highly professional teachers guarantees injury free instructions if followed appropriately by the students. Further Pratham Yoga does it's best to create a safe space for female students in terms of physical boundary protection. All instructors follow a high moral code and any physical adjustment will happen in a professional way only with the purpose of adjusting one's posture or teaching adjustment techniques according to syllabus. Any other touch, verbal commentary or gesture which crosses the boundary of safe space is inappropriate and prohibited from both sides - the teacher and the student. Any observation of sexual behavior will therefore lead to immediate exclusion of the person, even if acted consensual.

ASANAS / HATHA VINYASA / ALIGNMENT

Daily morning practice of asanas to strengthen the body, tone muscles and improve flexibility with step by step guide to a save practice. Learn how to sequence your class harmoniously including many variations, so that the students will be able to teach beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners. Daily afternoon practice of alignment introduces various adjustment techniques of all the asanas practised in the morning classes.
