KRIYA – Yogic cleansing techniques
The students will learn different types of classical Kriyas both for beginners and advanced. Practice will be in the morning directly after wake up. After receiving instructions practice has to be continued by oneself daily until a new instruction is given. *Advanced Kriya practices are voluntarily at Pratham Yoga and teachers will decide weather the student is ready for learning the more advanced techniques. The most foundational techniques are recommended to practice for all participants.
