Discipline & Code of Conduct

  • Discipline is an essential part of our training program. All students are expected to follow the course schedule diligently.
  • Attendance in all classes is mandatory. Leave is granted only in case of emergency or illness with prior approval from the teacher.
  • Uninformed absences will be considered a serious breach of conduct and may affect your course progress.
  • Punctuality is crucial. Late entry into class is not allowed.
  • Failure to comply with rules may lead to termination of enrollment without refund.
  • Please inform the staff in advance if you plan to skip a meal to avoid food wastage.
  • Hosting outside guests is not permitted.
  • Activities unrelated to the course, including smoking and alcohol consumption, are strictly prohibited.
  • This training is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment and is not suitable for individuals with severe health conditions.

Evaluation & Certification

  • Students will be assessed through written assignments and practical teaching (Asana, Pranayama, Meditation).
  • A minimum of 90% attendance is required for evaluation.
  • On successful completion, students will receive a Yoga Alliance USA accredited certificate.

Eligibility

  • A minimum of 6 months of yoga practice is recommended but not mandatory.
