Best Meditative Yoga Poses
In meditation, asanas (postures), and seats provide stability, relaxation and alignment of the body for a long time.
Siddhasana (Adept Pose)
It improves immunity. It has a balancing effect on the nerves or nadis. To check out benefitted from this pose, the legs will be arranged straight. Right leg bent, and right foot tight to the right leg on the ground. Then cross the left leg over and bring the left foot up onto the right calf. The heel of the foot is on the same level as the right thigh. Pull the toes of the right foot up between the thigh and the calf of the left leg, and the toes of the left foot down between the thigh and the calf of the right leg. If balance is difficult, then a cushion should be used to be seated on whenever the knees do not touch the ground. Meditative poses support deep relaxation.

Vajrasana (Sitting on the heels)
It stimulates proper digestion; it is recommended to sit in vajrasana for about 5-10 minutes after a meal. Initiate steps towards proper digestion by coming up onto the knees (knee stand). The legs are close to each other. Big toes will be pointing in towards each other; heels will be angled slightly away from each other. Move the upper body forward, and then sit back between the legs. The trunk is straight and erect. Rest your hands on your knees.

Padmasana (Lotus Pose)
First of all, to enjoy this pose, sit with the legs straight and take the left leg and fold it to put the left foot into the crease or diagonally to the right side of the pelvis with the left heel as close to the navel as possible. Next, bring the right foot to the left and fold it over, so that it rests on the diagonal of the left side of the pelvis.

Swastikasana (Auspicious Pose)
To start off from the holistic fulfilment, begin with the left knee and put the left sole press on the interior of the correct thigh. Next, position the right leg so that the left leg squeezes it into the space created by the right leg, and tuck the right foot into the space between the left thigh and calf muscle. Keeping the feet in is key to the feeling of the posture – especially the lower posture – getting compressed if they are not placed correctly.
