Day 5

  • Patra Potli – A massage bolus composed of the leaves of certain plants that contain anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties.
  • Valuka Swedana – Sand bolus fomentation.
  • Shalashaska Swedana.

Day 6

  • Diet & Lifestyle Management – Understanding the importance of lifestyle and what you eat.
  • Churna Pinda Swedana – A treatment where a potli is made using herbal powder to treat particular conditions.
  • Bhaya Swedana – Bathing with and using external body steam.

Day 7

  • Practical Time – Practice the Ayurvedic therapies that you acquired in the course.
