Namaste lovely people!
Finally now our blog is online and we are very happy to share about Pratham Yoga`s journey and some inspiring Yoga related topics, but also about our Yoga Teacher Trainings in Rishikesh, India.
At moment we are very excited for this wonderful project to manifest. The foundation of Pratham YOGA India was in our hearts already long before its birth last fall 2017 – almost like in the ancient Hindu and Buddhist philosophy where it is said that a soul is around a couple a long time before conception.
This is what was recently going on at Pratham Yoga in Rishikesh:
After some unexpected changes in our Location (2 times!) we are finally now settled for the upcoming months in Pyramid Yoga Café and are happy to be in a place with a very lovely natural environment.
It is a place in a calm environment with great energy.
Surrounded by greenery and just next to the jungle, makes one feel like in an oasis in midst of the lively streets of Rishikesh in India. Nevertheless it is also
quite central – Laxmanjulha main road and the holy river Ganga is only 10 minutes in walking distance.
While the mild winter days are passing slowly, Vijay went out for two photoshoots last week. It was a great experience and we can’t wait to put those pictures online together with a few updates on the website. Further we are working on last preparations for the upcoming Yoga Teacher Training course in Rishikesh which will start on February 15th 2018.
Also we are excited to announce that we have a new member in our Pratham Yoga Teachers Team – Christine, a long term resident of Rishikesh is a professional Physiotherapist with Austrian roots and is going to teach Anatomy at the Teacher Training. We are deeply grateful for the possibility to work together with her and also happy for our participants to get this unique possibility to
be trained by a Physiotherapist.
